Interesting application for dashboarding, however, it raises some questions about privacy. Netvibes can gather information about their users in much higher efficiency than Google does, and Goole is already quite good at information gathering. With his app, it seems that Natvibes can access all your information sources and services that you are using through this service. And, as they are US company, they are forced to hand over all of their information to NSA. I definetly would prefer similar European applications over this one.
ReplyDeleteI would like to continue my previous comment by sharing this quite from founder of Lavabit email device company, who was recently forced to close his company after declining to hand over to US government his global customers' emails.
